As your coach and fitness partner, I will guide you on your journey to reaching your fitness goals. Whether you are ready to strengthen, tone, increase flexibility, reduce your weight or  feel more energized, we will collaborate to create a strategy that will work for you. Since each person is unique, what works best is different for each person. We will discover what physical activities you most enjoy and design a fun, creative and energizing workout to help you reach your health and fitness goals effectively and efficiently. Together, we can overcome obstacles that may have challenged you in the past.  Then, we can work together to help you move forward, and create a workout that's effective and fun for you. As you start to feel empowered and energized by your workouts, you will gain confidence and ultimately see and feel great! I am available between sessions to answer questions and provide consistent motivation and accountability to help your succeed!

Personal training for only $500 for one month of twice weekly sessions. These sessions are customized to your individual health and fitness goals and workout style preference, whether it's lifting weights, using resistance bands, doing body-weight exercises, or becoming a runner!
