About the Founder

Hi! My name is Tiana Mylene, and I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from UNC, which I obtained while caregiving for my Grandparents, so coaching caregivers is especially meaningful! I am an ACE certified Health Coach, and an ACE certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist. I have over 20 years of experience in fitness and bodybuilding, with a background in dance, yoga, bodybuilding and exercise physiology. I am also an AFAA certified Group Exercise Instructor, and am CPR certified through
the American Heart Association.

It's a joy for me to guide clients along the path to fitness and wellness,
and it's part of my training style to create fun workouts for you!
I take a holistic approach to coaching my clients.
We look at lifestyle, physical activity and healthful eating,
and how we can create a sustainable balance for you!

I feel passionate about sharing the benefits of a healthful lifestyle! With a little creativity and a lot of support and guidance, exercise can be joyful and you can reach your fitness goals.

Creating customized workouts requiring minimal space, equipment, and time, with maximal benefit and enjoyment, is my strength. Whether your goal is ...
vibrant health
improved cardiovascular fitness
weight loss
stress reduction
alleviation of back pain
more balance and flexibility
... I can design a plan, and provide motivation and accountability to reach your fitness goals!

I completed my Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science at the University of Northern Colorado and my internship at the Rocky Mountain Cancer Rehabilitation Institute, Greeley, Colorado in 2008.
